As a member of the Program Committee, you will receive complimentary Symposium registration for the day(s) working at the Symposium. You will also receive complimentary shared lodging or $100 per night credit for individual lodging at Keystone. On-site assistance is needed for Sessions, Exhibit Welcome and Registration Area. An overview of each follows.

Sessions: Each session has a moderator and an assistant – moderator welcomes, helps and introduces the speaker(s) while the assistant provides support to the moderator and attendees. Large sessions may have more than one assistant. Moderators and Assistants are expected to be in the room fifteen minutes prior to the beginning of the session.

Exhibit Welcome: Exhibit area will include assuring that only exhibitors enter the exhibit area when the exhibit hall is closed. During exhibit hours, checking badges to make sure that those entering are symposium attendees and giving general information/directions.

Registration Area: Registration area involves handing out pre-packaged symposium materials to attendees, giving general information/directions, supporting attendees using the evaluation system.

Please mark the times/sessions that you would like to moderate or assist. Usually you will have 2-3 assignments per day. The Exhibit Welcome assignments would generally be 30 or 45 minutes to allow you time to visit the exhibits as well.
