POSTER BOARD SPECIFICATIONS:
- All boards are double sided brown velcro
- 2 posters per board (1 each side) maximum
- Boards will be pre-numbered according to assigned poster numbers
- Maximum size of poster is 8′ x 4′ (unless alternate dimensions have been approved by the NNPS Program Committee)
- Pins or velcro are recommended for attachment
POSTER INSTALL, DISPLAY, AUTHOR HOURS & REMOVAL:
- Thursday, July 18
Posters can be put up starting at 12:00 pm - Friday, July 19
Display hours 7:00am - 7:00pm
(Authors present posters 4:45pm - 5:15pm) - Saturday, July 20
Display hours 7:00am - 5:00pm
(Authors present posters 1:00pm - 1:30pm and 3:00pm - 3:30pm) - Sunday, July 21
Display hours 7:00am - 10:00am
(Authors present posters 7:30am - 8:00am)
All posters must be removed by 12:00 pm
REGISTRATION:
Poster Presenters are required to attend the Symposium and register for minimum of Friday, Saturday and Sunday presentation days. A $150 tuition credit is offered per poster to help partially offset registration fees.
POSTER PRODUCTION & DELIVERY SERVICE (OPTIONAL):
FedEx Office is offering hassle-free poster production and delivery service for the National Nurse Practitioner Symposium. Using their online template, you can upload your poster content to be printed and have it waiting for you upon your arrival at the National Nurse Practitioner Symposium*.
